who we are
TSF is a strategic consulting firm specialized in designing and activating ecosystems of impact.
We work at the intersection of communications, social strategy, and public procurement, connecting organizations with the stakeholders, partners, and resources they need to create measurable, sustainable change.
We don't just advise. We architect.
We build the bridges between your mission and the people, institutions, and systems that make it real, across the United States, Latin America, and Europe.
our pillars
We believe no organization creates change alone. Every mission needs a well-designed network of allies, funders, and institutions to scale.
Ecosystems
Every strategy we design is tied to measurable outcomes, aligned with the UN SDGs and your organization's specific goals.
impact
We operate with full transparency toward our clients and full discretion toward the outside world. Results speak louder than visibility.
accountability
Our Story
TSF didn't start in a boardroom. It started in communities.
For years, our founder worked simultaneously in two worlds: volunteering in nonprofit and civic initiatives, and building expertise in corporate operations, finance, and investment strategy. That dual experience revealed a persistent gap, the people closest to community challenges rarely had access to the tools, structures, and networks that drive real, sustained change.
In 2015, the adoption of the UN Sustainable Development Goals provided a global framework that finally connected both worlds. It became clear that impact without education, structure, and strategic alignment rarely scales. That conviction shaped everything that followed.
When the COVID-19 pandemic disrupted traditional employment, it also created clarity: the philanthropic work that had always run in parallel deserved to become the main focus. TSF was born from that decision, a deliberate choice to turn years of cross-sector experience into a professional practice built around one purpose: making impact sustainable.
Since 2022, TSF has focused on SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) as its operational north star. Not because the other goals matter less, but because without well-designed alliances, none of them scale. We work by orchestrating the right stakeholders around a shared plan, creating ecosystems where nonprofits, governments, businesses, and academic institutions move together, aligned, resourced, and accountable.
our global framework: sdg
For over a decade, the SDGs have been more than a framework for us, they have been our operating system. Our work began long before the SDGs existed, volunteering at the community level while learning how organizations manage resources, build alliances, and sustain operations. When the 2030 Agenda was adopted in 2015, it gave a global name to what we had already been doing on the ground.
Since then, we have designed every strategy, program, and partnership around specific SDG targets, not as a compliance exercise, but as a genuine methodology for creating change that lasts. Over time, we narrowed our focus to SDG 17 (Partnerships for the Goals) because we learned that the most persistent barrier to impact is not the lack of will or resources. It is the lack of architecture: the right stakeholders, aligned around the right plan, with clear roles and shared accountability.
That is what TSF builds. We take your mission, map it to the goals that matter most to your sector, identify the partners and institutions that need to be in the room, and design the ecosystem that makes sustainable results possible. Ten years of SDG-aligned work, across 7 countries, 12 industries, and 150+ projects, all pointing to the same conviction: impact scales when ecosystems are well designed.

The United Nations Sustainable Development Goals are 17 global priorities adopted in 2015 by 193 countries, covering everything from poverty and education to climate, health, and economic equality. They are the world's shared blueprint for building a more just, sustainable, and prosperous future by 2030.

Organizations that align their work with the SDGs don't just do good, they do it smarter. The SDG framework provides a common language for funders, governments, and partners; opens doors to international financing and procurement; and transforms isolated initiatives into globally recognized, measurable contributions.

We don't use the SDGs as decoration. We use them as architecture. Every strategy we design maps your organization's goals to specific SDG targets, identifies the right allies under SDG 17 ( Partnerships for the Goals ) and builds a measurable plan that speaks the language of funders, institutions, and communities worldwide.
